NEARI Training Center offers nationally recognized online workshops designed by international experts in the sex abuse field.Designed for clinicians, teachers, school counselors, psychologies, parents, probation, and parole officers, or anyone who wants to:

• Learn basic or advanced knowledge to address issues of sexual violence, inappropriate sexual behavior or sexually aggressive behaviors
• Stay current in the growing field of sexually abuse assessment, treatment, management and prevention
• Earn continuing education credits

These online workshops can be taken at any time and wherever there is access to a computer with internet access.

Q: What do I need to learn online?
A: You'll need to:

• access a personal computer (Mac or Windows)
• be connected to the Internet
• possess some basic computer skills (e.g., if you can play a video game or read your email, then you have these skills)
• have an e-mail program and account

Q: What software do I need to learn online?
A: You do not need any special software.

Q: How does online learning work?
A: You can register for an online course through the NEARI website. Once you have registered, our course management system walks you through your course. You can take the course whenever you want, wherever you want - YOU get to decide.

Q: Is there a set time when I need to sign in to a course
A: All of NEARI's courses are self-paced, which means that they can be completed at your own pace and on your own schedule. You can take it all at once or you can come back to it again and again as your time allows. The only limitation is that you need to complete the course within 30 days of your registration.
